Biography
Helen Nicholson attended the University of Bristol where she obtained BSc Hons (1976), MB ChB (1979). She trained for surgery before returning to University of Bristol to obtain a MD (1986). She is now a Professor of Anatomy at the University of Otago and currently the Acting Vice Chancellor. She possesses expertise in clinical anatomy, medical education and male reproductive biology. She is a member of the Executive Committee of the International Federation of Associations of Anatomists and chairs the Committee for the Support of Anatomy Professionals.
